Privacy Policy

SocialExport ("we") provides a data export service. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate it.

What we collect

• Your email address and basic profile, provided by your sign-in provider (Google).
• Export jobs you create: target usernames, job status, and generated CSV files.
• Billing metadata handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Exported data

Exported CSV files contain publicly available profile information from third-party platforms. Files are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted. You are responsible for how you use exported data.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not access private accounts or non-public data.
